Exhibitor, Re-Enactor & Trade Info

Application forms for the 2023 event are now available. Please email to info@rafharrowbeer.co.uk for further information.

By entering you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoters and organisers of the RAF Harrowbeer 1940s Weekend,  including the owners of the land, from any claims loss damage or personal injury whilst taking part in or travelling to or from the event. You confirm that the information you give is correct and that you have read and understood the conditions of entry. You confirm that your vehicle, display or stall is safe and not a danger to the public and that it is fully covered by public liability insurance.

Please remember that this is a 1940s themed event and all displays and trade stalls should be appropriate for this. Stalls selling vintage items, bric a brac and militaria are especially welcome.  We do not require applications from food, sweets or ice cream stalls as these are already filled. Stalls selling jewellery, modern items or that involve gambling/lottery games should not apply.

Trade: There is no ‘pitch fee’ for attending the show but we will be asking for a donation to the event’s funds. While this is, of course, voluntary, we would ask you to consider our request.
Vehicles: These can be any military vehicle, classic car, lorry, bus or coach and does not have to be from the 1940s. Please indicate on your application form if you wish to remain on site over the weekend. We welcome ‘day visitors’ but fitting you on-site will depend on available space.
Re-enactors: We welcome applications from all military forms, including German.

You can download a copy of stallholders & exhibitors guide here.

Thank you.
